All prototypes are experimental, specifications, performance, and delivery schedules may change. Use of the product is at the buyers own risk, we assume no liability for damage, misuse, or delays caused by regulatory review.
Buyers must follow all instructions, safety precautions, and applicable laws. The device is intended for research, testing, and educational purposes only and it is not certified for commercial or medical use.
We collect personal data (name, email, phone number, shipping address, payment info) only to process pre-orders and provide support. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing and legal compliance. Data is protected according to best practices, and users may request deletion or correction by contacting our support.
Pre-orders secure a position in our unit prototype batch (2,500). A non-refundable deposit is required ($500.00 USD). The remaining balance is requested only after legal clearance for delivery and production confirmation ($2,000.00 USD). No unit will ship before regulatory compliance is satisfied.
The prototype is experimental and intended for research and educational purposes. Specifications may evolve, delivery timelines are estimates and subject to legal and regulatory review. Buyers accept that use is at their own risk, and the company assumes no liability for injury, damage, or delays.
By pre-ordering or using the prototype, buyers acknowledge and accept all terms, policies, and disclaimers. Buyers understand the experimental nature of the device, their personal responsibility for safe usage, and the conditional delivery based on legal clearance.
Allocation follows a first-in-first-out (fifo) order. Failure to pay the remaining balance after legal clearance may result in forfeiture of the reserved unit.
